J&K RLM is committed to a zero tolerance towards any incident of sexual harassment. The J&K RLM has adopted anti sexual harassment policy as per J&K Govt. norms, under in pursuance of Section (1) of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition Redressal) Act, 2013.
Mission is enquiring the complaints received from various blocks, regarding sexual harassment/ inappropriate behavior of some of the JKRLM staff (DPM/BPM/MIS Assistant) towards the community cadre/SHG/non SHG members.
Any of the staff, indulging in such activities will be dealt strictly and no tolerance will be shown toward such incidents.
